Red Wolves Junior Football coaches are volunteers only and are a vital part of our organization.

Please review our Code of Conduct below, you will need to commit to them during the season to be a member of the coaching staff.

Code of Conduct

RWJFA requires all coaches to comply with the GEJFA Coaches Code of Conduct. Violation of either of these will not be tolerated and will take appropriate action. Any violation of these rules and regulations is subject to disciplinary action including but not limited to verbal warnings, suspensions, or expulsion.

Effective communication is the foundation of a successful team. As a coach, keeping players, parents, and staff informed ensures smooth operations, better preparation, and stronger team cohesion. Clear, timely, and consistent communication eliminates confusion, builds trust, and enhances overall team performance. RWJFA is using TeamSnap to streamline communication. It helps coaches save time by providing a centralized location for schedules, announcements, and messaging. With mobile-friendly access, TeamSnap ensures that players and parents stay up to date with real-time information.
